OUR CLASSES
Our classes combine strength, endurance, and mindful movement in small groups with big energy. From high-intensity HIIT, running, and boxing to restorative yoga, Pilates, and Barre, each session is designed to challenge your body, build confidence, and help you move with purpose.

THE REBUILD
A workout designed to build lean muscle and strengthen your core. 45 minutes of strength training either against the clock or for a set number of reps using kettle bells and dumb bells. With a focus on compound movements and building strength, The Rebuild is our most beginner friendly class and is adaptable to all fitness levels.

HIIT + RUN
An adrenaline inducing class focusing on speed, power and endurance. Incorporating treadmill interval training alongside high impact resistance and bodyweight training. All to low lights and a killer playlist, If you're looking for a challenge, look no further.

RUN + BUILD
A combination of our two most popular classes bringing together running and strength training. Run & Build is the ultimate test of strength and cardiovascular endurance. Refine your strength using kettle bells and dumb bells whilst also testing your endurance with treadmill intervals, perfect for those who are looking for a balance of the two.

DOUBLE BUILD
Ran alongside Run & Build, Double Build is for those who want to remain on 'Build' throughout the class. No running included, solely focussed on refining your strength using resistance training. You will repeat everything twice.

SKI + BUILD
Get ready to push your limits and level up your fitness. A combination of strength and resistance training with short sharp bursts on the ski erg. Ran alongside Run & Build, you will use the ski erg as an alternative to running.

BOX + BUILD
Focusing on strength and power, this class will have you feeling like a badass. Combining boxing drills with resistance training, your strength will be tested using kettle bells and dumb bells, whilst fast and powerful boxing intervals will elevate your heart rate and boost your endurance.
All equipment is provided, however bringing your own gloves is advised.

BOX, BUILD + RUN
A combination of our 3 most popular concepts all rolled into one. Combining strength work, boxing drills and treadmill intervals, this class has it all.

THE GAMES
The Games is no ordinary circuit class, consisting of functional fitness focused around full body strength and conditioning alongside testing your endurance. The Games is the ultimate way to get sweaty and strong, working with kettle bells, slam balls, dumb bells and battle ropes for short bursts of time.

CYCLE 45
Our signature cycle class designed to boost those endorphins. A rhythm based cycle class with high energy, low lights combined with a killer playlist, this class is for the mind and the body. A combination of speed and resistance work, this class is open to all abilities.

CYCLE + SCULPT
Our signature rhythm based cycle class with a twist! High energy music and low lights using speed and resistance work, plus an upper body and core blast using dumbbells. You can control your workout, making cycle open to all abilities.

VINYASA YOGA
Vinyasa is a dynamic style of Hatha yoga which joins physical postures, or asanas with inhales and exhales, creating a steady internal rhythm of practice. The classes are designed to cultivate heat in the body with creative sequences involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures and some more challenging postures as well as focusing on the power of breath awareness.

YOGA SCULPT
Start your day with an energising vinyasa flow class to warm your body and awaken your energy. This 45 minute practice will create internal heat, stretch, strengthen and sculpt you through dynamic sequencing and mindful movement. Expect an uplifting playlist, sure to leave you feeling confident and strong as you step into your day.

MAT PILATES
Strengthen, lengthen and energise your body with our Mat Pilates classes. A full body workout focusing on controlled, precise movements using either props, dumbbells or just your bodyweight. You will learn to move with intention, leaving you feeling balanced, aligned and stronger from the inside out.

BARRE
Think less ballet and more strength. Our Barre class is a full body workout involving low impact, isometric movements and high reps to build endurance and strength. Get ready to feel the shakes and embrace the burn!

REFORMER PILATES
Feel the burn and find your flow in our Reformer Pilates classes. A low impact, full body workout focusing on building strength, control and precision.
Our Reformer Pilates Foundations class are perfect for those new to the Reformer, guided by expert instruction to allow you to build your confidence. Our Reformer Pilates Open Level classes are high intensity, low impact with a full body focus. We highly recommend attending 3 Foundation classes prior to joining Open Level.

PRE + POST NATAL
Support your body through every stage of pregnancy with our Pre & Post Natal class. This empowering session focuses on building strength and supporting core and pelvic floor health. Designed you help you feel strong, stable and confident. Each class is adaptable for all stages of pregnancy and babies are welcome.
